Indiana judge dismisses state's lawsuit against TikTok that alleged child safety, privacy concerns
An Indiana county judge has dismissed a lawsuit against TikTok filed by the state, accusing the platform of deceiving users about inappropriate content for children and the security of personal information.
Similar lawsuits are pending in Arkansas and Utah.
It is unclear whether the Attorney General's office will appeal the ruling. [ more ]
